The most annoying thing in Firefox 3.5 is when you accidentally click a middle mouse and a pop-up alert appears telling that something is not a valid url.
You can solve this going to url about:config and filtering for property middlemouse.contentLoadURL and toggling it to false.
To serve the middle mouse as a page scroller, search for general.autoScroll.
